Reset my password
Do you want to reset your MyBusiness password ?
Access the MyBusiness login page via the following link : https://account.batitrade.com/
Then click on "Forgot Password"
Then enter the email address associated with your MyBusiness account, and click "Send"
This is the email address you usually use to log in
An email has been sent to you to reset your password
Warning: the email might be in your spam or junk folder.
If you have not received an email, it means that the email address provided is not the one associated with your account.
Here is the email you should receive. Click on RESET MY PASSWORD
The following page will open. Choose your new password in the first field, then confirm it in the second.
Finally, confirm the change by clicking CHANGE MY PASSWORD
Warning: your password must be at least 8 characters long.
Your password has been successfully changed. You are being redirected to the login page
You can now log in to your MyBusiness account using your new password
You have changed your MyBusiness password !
