Define my sales coefficient
Would you like to set your sales coefficient?
It is essential, if you receive purchase discounts from the manufacturer, to set up your sales coefficients. These coefficients will allow you to define your margin for configured products. They will be automatically applied in the configurator.
Click on "General Settings," then on "Open the Commercial Terms Manager."
Click on "Create" to add a sales coefficient. You will need to set up as many coefficients as the number of discounts you receive.
You must: select the discount range, the profile (only the "Standard" profile is available), and enter the sales coefficient. When you have finished, click on "Save."
You can now start pricing configured products in the configurators you have access to. At the summary step, you will be able to view the detailed price of the project you just configured. To do this, click on the "^" icon.

- The "Public Price" is the retail price (catalog price).
- The "Purchase Price" is the price you will pay your supplier when placing the order.
- The "Customer Price" is the purchase price multiplied by the sales coefficient you previously set.

If you receive discounts and have not set up a sales coefficient, the pricing in the configurator will be based on the purchase price. To avoid this error, we will display the public price in the configurator until you have configured your sales coefficients.
