Convert a quote into an order with my supplier

Log in to your BatiTrade space, go to the “Sales” tab, then click on the relevant quotation. 

Once on the quote form, click “Confirm customer order” to confirm the quote.

Then click on “Create supplier order”.

The following window opens, showing several options:

"Delivery address": Here you can change the delivery address.

"Desired delivery date": You will be able to suggest a delivery date.

"Internal order number": You can enter your internal order number.

"Attachments: You can add attachments to your order (documents, etc.).

"Contact person": You can add a contact person at the time of delivery

"Observation": You can add a note to inform your supplier when placing an order.

To finalize your order, click on “Send”.

Once the order has been sent, you can find it in the “Supplier orders” tab, and its status will change to “Sent”.
