Manage a received quote request
Would you like to manage a quote request sent by your manufacturer ?
Log in to your BatiTrade reseller space, then go to the Request a quote tab in the Opportunities menu.
Here you'll find all your quote requests, sorted by status.
- Received for quotation requests for which you have not contacted the end customer
- Processed for quote requests for which you have already made contact with the end customer
- Won for quote requests for which you have created an order
Let's take the example of Mr.MICHU's request for an estimate for an entrance door
The end customer's contact details are hidden, click on Contact to reveal them.
The end customer's contact details are now displayed.
Once the contact has been made, you can mark it as Lost Contact if the request is no longer relevant,
or click Make Quotation if it is.
The quotation is automatically created with the end customer's contact details and the project he has completed.
You can now find the quote in the Sales tab.
In the Opportunities menu, the quote request is now in Processed status.
It will be set to Won when you place the quote on order.
