Reset my MyBusiness password
Would you like to reset your MyBusiness password ?
Access the BatiTrade login page via the following link: https://account.batitrade.com/login
Then click on "Forgot password."
Next, enter the email address associated with your BatiTrade account, then click "SEND."
This corresponds to the email address you usually use to log in.
An email has been sent to you to reset your password
Attention: The email may be in your spam or junk folder
If you have not received an email, it means that the email address entered is not associated with your BatiTrade account.
Here is the email you should receive; click on "Reset your password."
The following page will open. Choose your new password in the first field, then confirm it in the second.
Finally, confirm the change by clicking on "CHANGE MY PASSWORD."
Attention: Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
Your password has now been changed. You will be redirected to the login page.
You can now log in to your BatiTrade account using your new password.
